CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
Teen and Adult Karate Classes:
Our classes cater to students aged 13 and above, whether they are beginners taking their first steps in the world of karate or have been dedicated practitioners for a while. In these sessions, participants will receive comprehensive instruction, encompassing a spectrum of skills ranging from fundamental to advanced techniques in blocking, punching, and kicking, as well as the traditional disciplines of kata and self-defense.

Youth Karate Classes:
These classes cater to students between the ages of seven and seventeen. Younger students who have successfully completed the Lil Dragons Program may also participate in our youth classes. In these sessions, students will be instructed in a range of skills, from fundamental to advanced blocking, punching, and kicking techniques, alongside traditional kata forms and self-defense techniques. 
Lil' Dragon Karate Program:
Our Lil' Dragon Karate Program is carefully crafted to offer young children a nurturing and supportive setting where they can develop the vital skills, attitudes, and behaviors required to approach life with an unwavering "I can do it!" mindset. Tailored for children aged five to seven, our Lil' Dragon classes focus on fostering crucial physical, cognitive, emotional, social, and behavioral abilities, empowering them to tackle life with a positive mental attitude! 
Jujitsu:
Frequently known as "The Gentle Art," jujitsu is a self-defense system crafted to counteract aggression by employing escapes, joint manipulations, throws, and constriction techniques. Emphasizing the fundamental principles of balance over brute strength, jujitsu is universally accessible, catering to individuals of any age, gender, or physical capacity. These techniques are designed to address various forms of aggression, affording defenders the capability to gauge their response appropriately to the situation at hand. Through this system, students are empowered to cultivate self-confidence. 
Capoeira:
Capoeira originated as an Afro-Brazilian martial art, initially evolving among African slaves in colonial Brazil. This distinctive discipline is characterized by agile and intricate movements, frequently performed on the ground or in inverted positions. Celebrated for its seamless blend of martial arts, dance, music, and acrobatics, Capoeira fosters attributes such as strength, coordination, self-confidence, musical talents, flexibility, endurance, self-awareness, and an overall sense of confidence. |
